about me
Hi my name is Vicky. I am an integrative counsellor based in Cheshire. I have 9 years experience supporting individuals therapeutically. I currently work in schools, with charities and remotely with those in need of mental health support
I am passionate about the power of self compassion and the healing value of connection and relationships.
I am a member of the BACP, NCPS and ACAMH and am bound by their ethical principles so you can be sure our work together is safe, confidential and well informed.
My area of special interest and passion include grief, loss and bereavement, neurodiversity, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their impact on mental health, emotional dysregulation, attachment and brain tumors.
